Our story
Bridging the gap between technology and impact
Partnership born from the shared conviction
We are a partnership born from a shared conviction: technology should be a catalyst for growth, not a source of frustration. With decades of collective experience at Salesforce.com Inc. and global powerhouses like TCS and Accenture, we have navigated the front lines of digital transformation for some of the world’s largest corporations.
During our time within these industry giants, we noticed a persistent, troubling trend. Despite massive investments in CRM platforms, many organizations struggled to realize tangible business value. The traditional consulting model - often rigid, slow-moving, and tech-heavy - was failing to bridge the gap between "going live" and "growing the business."
A Future-Proof Model for 2030 and Beyond
We founded Growberries to redefine the consulting experience. We’ve moved away from the "9-to-5" corporate structure to build a flexible, elite ecosystem of experts we call Xberries. This network consists of the most motivated independent CRM consultants, developers, and architects in the world, unified by a mission to prioritize business impact over technical complexity.
Our goal is to build a company that thrives beyond 2030 by staying agile, unbiased, and relentlessly focused on our customer value and success.

Sami Lampinen
Managing Partner, Sr. Advisor
Sami is a seasoned SaaS leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth across Helsinki and San Francisco. A former Salesforce and Accenture veteran, he is a published author and a recognized expert in "Outcome as a Service". Sami’s vision for Growberries is rooted in the belief that the right strategy is what makes technology shine, and he is dedicated to assembling diverse, world-class teams that deliver real-world results.
I’m a builder. Simple as that. I’ve always been more about getting my hands dirty than getting lost in theory or over-analyzing things until they stall. While I’ve got a ton of respect for the deep thinkers, my DNA is wired for action. My motto? One life. Build it.
Whether it’s restoring cars, building cabins, or tuning bikes, I love the process of creating something from scratch. But professionally, my real obsession is building businesses - specifically, Growberries.
I started out as an electrical engineer, but when the IT boom hit, I saw a way more exciting path. I landed at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and, instead of the usual ERP grind, I stumbled into something brand new at the time: CRM. I’ve been living and breathing this space since 1999, so yeah, I’m a bit of a veteran.
In 2007, I teamed up with a partner to launch Salesforce in Finland. We spent the next 14 years scaling that business 100x. It was an incredible ride, but by 2021, I felt the itch to figure out what I really wanted to do for the rest of my career.
After some time angel investing and exploring the Google ecosystem, I realized I missed the front lines - helping customers actually turn tech into growth. In 2022, when Reaktor reached out about building a Salesforce consultancy within their ecosystem, the timing was perfect.
We launched Growberries right into a wild market shift (post-COVID, pre-AI). It took a few iterations to find our groove, but we nailed it. Today, I’m a happy entrepreneur building the CRM agency of the future - one that’s engineered for 2030 and beyond.
I’m always up for a conversation about where tech and commercial excellence are heading. If you want to talk shop, brainstorm "what's next," or just see how we can build something great together, give me a shout!

Chief Technology Officer, Sr. Advisor
Technology & Digital Transformation Lead Rakesh is a high-level technology leader and Salesforce Ranger with deep expertise in digital transformation.
With a background spanning TCS and major global projects, he holds numerous certifications including SAFe Program Consultant and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Rakesh specializes in aligning complex technical architectures with operational efficiency, ensuring that CRM systems are built for scale and agility.
Born into a middle-class family in India, I grew up in the high-voltage, high-expectation environment of 1990s India—where ambition was not optional and excellence was the minimum entry ticket. In those formative years, success was defined in superlatives. Nothing less than “being the best” truly counted.
By those standards, my early journey was a strong start—marked by a gold medal, multiple recognitions, and scholarships. But more than awards, what those years instilled in me was a mindset: disciplined learning, relentless improvement, and the quiet resilience required to compete at the highest level. With that foundation, I was selected through campus recruitment into the #1 IT consulting firm in India—Tata Consultancy Services—and stepped into the world of technology consulting. It was here that my real transformation began.
From Circuits to Code
Ironically, I was trained as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer. Technology fascinated me, but software engineering was not my original path. That gap, however, became fuel. I carried with me a persistent internal voice: catch up, learn faster, go deeper.
I started as a developer, immersed in code, architecture, and delivery discipline. Over time, I evolved into a lead developer—bridging business expectations with technical execution. I became deeply curious about systems thinking: how platforms scale, how data flows, how architecture decisions ripple across enterprises. That obsession with learning—combined with execution discipline—opened doors.
On the Frontlines of Digital Transformation
Soon, I found myself facing customers directly, translating business vision into digital reality. I was the youngest member of a pioneering team tasked with delivering a first-of-its-kind transformation in Central Asia. It was a bold move—strategically significant and personally risky.
That decision proved pivotal.
Leading transformations in emerging markets required more than technical skill. It demanded cultural intelligence, stakeholder alignment, architectural foresight, and the ability to deliver under ambiguity. It was where technology stopped being code and started becoming impact.
That experience made me “battle-ready” for complex digital programs—modernizing legacy systems, orchestrating enterprise platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making, and building scalable ecosystems.
Soon after, I was entrusted with similar transformation mandates in Northern Europe. As the years progressed, I stepped into the role of Regional Director for Digital Transformations—responsible not only for delivery excellence but also for shaping strategy, building teams, and driving long-term customer value.
When Success Isn’t Enough
For many, reaching such heights within a global corporation satisfies the pursuit of “being the best.” For me, it triggered a different realization.
In large enterprises, after a certain designation, the pace of exploration can slow. The learning curve flattens. The comfort zone expands.
And comfort, I realized, is the enemy of growth.
After deep self-reflection, I made a deliberate decision—to step away from corporate stability and start over. Not because I had to, but because I wanted to keep learning at the edge of possibility.
Founding Growberry
That decision led to the founding of Growberry Oy.
Growberry was born from a simple yet powerful belief: technology should not just modernize businesses—it should unlock their competitive potential. We operate at the intersection of digital strategy, enterprise platforms, data, and customer-centric transformation.
Our approach blends:
Deep technical architecture thinking
Strategic business alignment
Agile execution discipline
And a relentless commitment to measurable value creation
At Growberry, we don’t just implement systems—we engineer outcomes. We help organizations reimagine processes, modernize ecosystems, and build future-ready digital foundations.
The Guiding Principle
From my school days to boardroom strategy discussions, one principle has remained constant: stay competitive by staying curious.
For me, professional life is not about titles—it is about continuous evolution. It is about mastering new technologies, understanding emerging paradigms, and applying them in ways that create tangible impact for customers.
Business, at its core, is simple:
Stay intellectually honest
Keep learning
Deliver with discipline
Build trust through value
The pursuit of “being the best” has evolved. Today, it no longer means outperforming others—it means outperforming yesterday’s version of myself. And that journey is just getting started.
Motto? Comfort, is the enemy of growth.

Patrik Ros
Chief Operational Officer, Sr. Advisor
Patrik is a versatile business leader combining senior technical architecture, project management, and deep consulting expertise. This unique blend enables him to guide companies in designing and implementing high-impact Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
A technologist at heart, Patrik has always sought to understand how things work. At age 10, he taught himself English to read coding books after receiving his first computer. By 13, he developed and sold his first paid application—a quoting tool for a sales team in a Finnish company.
He studied at Helsinki University of Technology and began his career as a software engineer developing embedded software for remote terminal units in power network control. He then joined Accenture in Frankfurt, spending a decade in telecommunications across Europe—progressing from software development to leading teams, managing projects, and driving sales.
In 2009, Patrik discovered Salesforce CRM and recognized the transformative power of cloud computing. He joined Salesforce as the fourth employee and first consultant in the Finnish office, later delivering CRM implementations to major Finnish companies as a consultant and project manager. In 2013, he transitioned to Platform Sales as an Account Executive for the Nordics. After 7 years as an Account Executive he was promoted to Regional Sales Director and later to Regional Vice President leading the Platform and Revenue Cloud business sale in the Nordic countries.
Observing that many customers underutilized their Salesforce investments—and drawing on his insider perspective of world-class B2B sales organizations—Patrik became an independent consultant in 2023 to help companies maximize their CRM capabilities and solving their “CRM Problems”. One early engagement came via Growberry's XBerry network. After having discussions with Rakesh and Sami he realized that his own views aligned closely with Growberry's vision, and he joined Growberry as COO and partner in January 2025.
Motto? Just do it!
